Posted by: admin In: Food Industry| Functional Foods

Prebiotics are undigested carbohydrates that regulate the effect of the probiotics and the amount of the bacteria in large intestine. Prebiotics are fibers and soluble in water. The most important property of them is being nonabsorbable during digestion. Due to prebitic’s positive effect on digestion, immune system becomes strong, buddy resistance against illness increases. Normal intestine flora is effected by stress, climate, mental depression, several antibiotics etc.. In this case prebiotics adsorbs to intestine receptors and prevents harmful microorganisms.
