New Food Dehydration Kit: nutraREVfood

EnWave corporation, a Canadian company, has made continuous nutraREVfood dehydration system. The new technology is used by Cal-San, one of the largest blueberry producers, in Columbia.

The working principle of the nutraREVfood dehydration system is transferring microwave energy with pressure to control dehydration and creates unique structures.

According to producer company, the new nutraREVfood dehydration system has some opportunities if compare freeze drying. These are;

  • Less time consuming, instead of hours and days dehydration takes only minutes with nutraREVfood
  • Less energy consuming nearly one third
  • Less capital costs nearly one sixth
  • Less batch losses
  • More product quality

Also when compare with other methods, products that dehydrated with nutraREVfood have similar shelf life.
