Food and beverage industry companies have difficulties about complying with safety standards. The computer specialist EtQ has found a new Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points module that helps companies reduce defects during production process by well managing process.

The new HACCP model records and tracks prerequisie programs, sets critial control points and uses risk assessment to conduct hazard analysis.
The new HACCP programme provides independent certification that a supplier’s food safety and quality management system complies with international and domestic food safety regulations. It provides suppliers with the means to assure their customers that food has been produced, processed, prepared and handled according to the highest possible standards, claims the company.
