Our buddy needs six kind of nutrition. Three of them are proteins, carbohydrates and fat. Other two are; enzymes, vitamin and minerals. The last one is fibre.
Fat reminds us extra weights, diseases and aesthetic problems. It is not the wrong opinion. Because when we loose weight, we also loose fat in our buddy. On the other hand, fat is an important source of energy. Excess fat cause obeseness, heart diseases and cancer. When the fatty acid balance is provided, the fat doesn’t harmful, on the contrary it is beneficial.

Fat is formed by fatty acids. There are two kinds of fatty acids; saturated and unsaturated.
Researches show that saturated fatty acids in diet and cholesterol are main factors that effect cholesterol level in blood serum.
Generally animal foods like meat, milk and milk products, poultry skin, egg yolk include saturated fatty acids. Also some plant foods such as coconut, palm oil, cocoa butter include high amount of fatty acids. Vegetable oil such as olive oil, sunflower seed oil, canola oil, soy oil include merely amount of saturated fatty acid.
Diets that include high amount of saturated fatty acids cause colon, prostate, breast cancer, obeseness, atherosclerosis and high blood serum cholesterol.
It is suggested that 7% of the total calorie intake in a day should be originate from saturated fatty acids. For instance, a man who intake 2000 calorie in a day, should consume 16 gram saturated fat if we consider each gram fat is 9 calorie.
