According to research of Mental Health Foundation and Sustain, fast food style alimentation causes depression, Alzheimer and schizophrenia, due to lack of essential oil, vitamins and minerals.
A study carried out in England showed that alteration in alimentation style of common causes negative results on mental health. Courtney Van de Weyer, one f the researcher, said “Well nourished body means well nourished brain.”

According to research, additives in feed and pesticides cause alteration in animal organism, so people consume more omega-6 fatty acids than omega-3 fatty acids. Additively, mineral and vitamin deficiency causes depression and mental diseases. Research report suggest to consume more amino acid and fish.
