- You have to check the label of the product well. Not being gluten include ingredient doesn’t always mean this product is gluten free. If the product processed in the same line or stored with the product that include gluten, there is a possibility of gluten contamination. You should always find “Gluten Free” sign on the product label.
- You should avoid from alcoholic drinks that include barley such as bear, lager, light beer, whisky, liqueur etc…
- You should keep gluten free and gluten include products separately.Some medicine include gluten, so you should ask your doctor before use it.
