Food hygiene is a notion which express preparing foods in healthy conditions. Clean and regular kitchen is accepted as a prerequisite.

Hygiene Rules In Kitchen

Everybody know that fruits and vegetables should not be consumed without cleaned well. But for healthy food, that is not enough, you should also know what should be kept on eye during food preparation in kitchen.

Recent years, “the hygiene in the kitchen” has become more popular such that new design kitchen utensils are controlled whether it is hygienic or not before launching. The material surface property and quality must not be corrosive.

  • Raw foods’ part, food processing part, discard food part, dirty dishes and clean dishes part should be separately in the kitchen.
  • The ground that foods fall into should be cleaned immediately.
  • Before washing, dishes should be pre-soaked.
  • The dish washer should be kept closed not to microbial contamination and dishes should be placed in machine smoothly.
  • Keeping dishes dirty and remain kitchen top cause microbial growing and contamination. So, dirty dishes shouldn’t remain on kitchen top.
  • Cleaning of dish washer, oven and furnace is important due to their wide surface area and direct contact of foods. The food residues should be removed before dry and adhere on surface.
