According to American scientist the antioxidant effect of the coffee is more than fruits and vegetables.
The scientist from Pennsylvania University searched the antioxidant effects of the more than 100 foods like vegetables, fruits, snacks, spices, oil and drink. After all, they fount that coffee is the most effective antioxidant.

Black tea and banana follows the coffee. According to researches, coffee prevents colon and liver cancers, Parkinson disease, and diabetes.
Specialist say that one or two cups of coffee should be drank per day and behind it fruits and vegetables should be eaten.
