Functional Vegetable Oils

The researches reported that certain vegetable oil has beneficial effect on human health. Vegetable oil that obtained from black cumin seed, grape seed, walnut, lin seed and garnet were determined as functional vegetable oil due to their multidimensional contribution to human health.

Functional oil has an important role especially in bone and mental development of kids and alimentary of old. But, the most important point is being very careful during vegetable oil production process not to loos its nutrition.

What Are The Benefits Of Certain Oils?

  • Black cumin seed is antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.
  • Grape seed oil is rich in linoleic acid which is a kind of omega-6 fatty acid. It includes at least 69% linoleic acit that is beneficial for human health.
  • Walnut oil increases the High Density Lipoprotein that conserve hearth health.
  • Safflower seed oil decreases adipose tissues. It help loosing weight by accelerating metabolism, regulating fat-muscle balance.
  • Lin seed (flax seed) oil prevents hearth diseases because it includes linolenic acid which is a kind of omega-3 fatty acids. It also help prevent  ulcerative colitis type inflammatory diseases, prevent cholesterol in blood and decrease hypertension. Lin seed oil includes antioxidants, so strengthen inflammatory system. And it also prevents fatigue.
  • Garnet which has antioxidant effect helps conserving hearth health. It increases body resistance and conserves ımmune system.
  • Pumpkin seed oil help decreasing prostate and urinary bladder problems. It also decrease cholesterol and conserve hearth heath.
