Feta

Feta is known as Greek cheese and is a sample of soft cheeses. It has bitter salty taste. It is generally made of sheep milk and sometimes goat milk.

Brie

Brie is soft french cheese which is made of caw milk. It has creamy and fruity taste. It is produced in wheel shape. It is covered with thin and eatable layer.

Boursin

Boursin is soft and creamy French cheese. It is generally served with crackers. It can include rosemary, fennel and black pepper.

Camembert

Camembert is well known French cheese. It has many kinds. It is produced from caw milk and covered with white mold flora. It has specific bitter taste.

Mozzarella

Mozzarella is unripened Italian cheese and originally produced from buffalo milk. But nowadays it is also produced from caw milk. It is soft and humid. It has light taste and generally used in pizza, lasagna and hot sandwiches.

Ricotta

Ricotta is fresh and unripened Italian cheese. It is produced from cow milk and has soft taste. It can be used in pizzas and many meals.

Cheddar

Cheddar is best known English cheese. It is produced from cow milk and used in sauces, salads and pizzas. Its taste can be soft or bitter that depend on production.

Edam

Edam is famous Holland cheese and produced from cow milk. It has soft butter like taste. It is covered wit red wax layer and it is ball shaped.

Emmenthal

Emmenthal is Sweden cheese which is produced from cow milk. It has holes and nut like odor.

Gruyere

Gruyere is one of the most famous Sweden cheese that is produced from cow milk. Its appearance seems to Emmenthal cheese. It has nut like odor and holey structure.

Gouda

Gouda is well known Holland cheese. Like Edam, it is produced from cow milk. It consists of 30-40 % fat. It ia light yellow and has soft taste. It has natural cover on surface.

Tilsit

Tilsit is yellow and bitter East Prussia cheese and produced in Europe. It is produced from cow milk and has fruity taste. It has some holes.

Gorgonzola

Gorgonzola is famous blue cheese in Italy. It s also accepted the best blue cheese in the world. There are blue-green stains on the surface of Gorgonzola and it has strong taste.

Danish blue

Danish blue is the famous Danish cheese which is produced from cow milk. This is moldy cheese which has strong taste and soft structure.

Roquefort

Roquefort is described as “king of the cheeses” and manufactured in “Causes” region of France. It is produced from sheep milk. It has strong and rich taste

Parmesan/Permigiano

Parmesan is the most known Italian granular cheese. It has rigid structure ad produced from caw milk. Ripening time is minimum 2-3 years.

Pecorino

Pecorino is hard granular South Italian cheese which is produced from sheep milk. Pecorino Pepato which is a kind of Pecorino is produced in Sicilia and includes black pepper grains.
