Hola Pop, Lead-Contaminated Lollipops, Are Recalled

Candy which was imported from Mexico is been recalling by  King Midas Inc, a California-based food distribution company, due to high level of lead contamination.

According to recent analysis of Hola Pop by the California Department of Public Health, the product includes high amount of lead. Th product is a caramel lollipop with a salted apricot in the center. The candy also comes in other fruit flavors.

People, especially pregnant and children, who consumed to product should consult their doctor and may should undergo medical testing.
