According to American scientist the antioxidant effect of the coffee is more than fruits and vegetables.
The scientist from Pennsylvania University searched the antioxidant effects of the more than 100 foods like vegetables, fruits, snacks, spices, oil and drink. After all, they fount that coffee is the most effective antioxidant.
