Benefits Of Vitamin E: Vitamin E is very strong antioxidant. It prevents cell structure to destroy. It accelerates recovering of wounds. It prevents cancer and atherosclerosis. Vitamin E beautify skin, It strengthen immune system. It has vital importance for eye health. It conserve our body against heavy metals, toxic compounds, radiation and toxins. Vitamin E also prevents Alzheimer disease.

What Are The Sources Of Vitamin E? Sources of vitamin E are; cereals, spinach zucchini, cabbage, lettuce, green vegetables, olive oil, fish oil, nut, walnut, tuna fish, pilchard, egg yolk, tomato and potato. Especially a handful nut suply daily vitamin E requirement.

Vitamin E Deficiency: Vitamin E deficiency occurs very rarely. The symptoms are; bloodlessness, visual impairment, fatigue, late wound recovery, sexual anorexia and infertility.  Vitamin E deficiency also increases the risk of hearth disease and cancer and causes oedema. Especially enough vitamin intake is very important in puberty.

Vitamin E Excess: Vitamin E Excess occurs very rarely because excess vitamin E is ejaculated with urine. But excessive amounts may cause nauseation and diarrhea.

Daily Vitamin E Requirement: For infants, 5-6mg; for kids between 4 to 11, 7 mg; for adults 8-10 mg.

Are all vegetable oils good source of vitamin E or only olive oil?
