Benefits Of Vitamin K: The most important role of vitamin K is in blood clotting. It administer thrombosis.

What Are The Sources Of Vitamin K? It exists in green parts of vegetables, spinach, squash, cabbage, brussel sprouts, cauli, lettuce, green tomato, bean, yogurt, egg yolk, potato, green pepper, and green tea. Vitamin K is manufactured by beneficial bacteria in intestine. Only a few amount of vitamin K is stored in liver.

Vitamin K Deficiency: Vitamin E Deficiency causes bleeding in gingiva, digestive system, ureter, lungs, and skins because it prevents blood clotting. It also causes hemorrhoid, nose-bleeding.

Vitamin K Excess: Vitamin K Excess causes embolism and faults of liver effort. It also causes perspiration.

Daily Vitamin K Requirement: For adults it is 80-150 mg / day.
